Shipping policy

Devil's Backbone Supply currently sells and ships products within the United States only. Policy details are as follows:

• We now ship inventory from multiple locations. Our shipping logic is designed to first search for a location that stocks all inventory in your order. Next, it will fill where available. As a result, your order may need to be filled via multiple shipments.
• To minimize the cost of multiple shipments to customers, we have implemented flat rate shipping of $5.99, which is on par with local shipping rates for small orders. 
• Further, we have lowered the threshold to receive free shipping from $150+ shopping cart total, down to $100+ shopping cart total.
• We list a shipping time of 5-8 days as an average. However, this may be 2-3 days if you're local and your items are in stock in our Colorado location. It could be up to 14 days if items ship from our warehouse location.
• Shipments to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico can take up to 14 days from the shipping date via standard shipping to arrive. 
• We will notify customers of any inventory changes or expected delays in order completion, packaging, and/or shipping.
